Karyai takes over the daily "any update?" for teams that already run their work on WhatsApp. Each task arrives on WhatsApp with an ID, an owner, a priority and a deadline. Karyai follows up on pending work, and a short reply such as "T-2682 done" or "T-2682blocked" updates the task. One message can update several tasks. Work with no update is escalated to whoever assigned it, and review-required work goes back to them for approval. Every morning, each person gets a digest of what is due, and repeating work is assigned on schedule. Employees need no new app and can reply in English, Hindi or Hinglish. Managers see progress in a web dashboard. Teams can also switch on recurring client projects, GST invoicing, work logs and location-checked attendance when they need them. Karyai was built inside a 43-person CA firm across 7 cities, and it is open to any team that works on WhatsApp. Every team starts with a 15-day free trial, with no setup charge and no obligation to continue.
