What do you like best about Kartra?

Kartra is a great tool for very very small and simple operations but their features stop at a basics '' drag and drop'' sales page building that any industry software provides. Their customer/subscriber features are the worst. There is no way for you to handle customers as you would do in a CRM. The sales metrics are useless and not accurate, the product and checkouts will work for your first 20 customers and will just be so limited for any sort of growth.

What do you dislike about Kartra?

THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS THE WORST. You have to wait up to 6 days for an answer from their unqualified team. All they do is send you links to their FAQ or Blog and don't look at your issues.

IMPORTANT: If you ever decide to leave kartra or cancel your account, ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL BE CANCELLED AND DELETED AND YOU WONT BE ABLE TO EXPORT THEIR PAYMENTS INFO TO A NEW PLATFORM>

KARTRA TRY TO KEEP YOU HOSTAGE OF THEIR PLATFORM.

What do you like best about Kartra?

I love that so much of my business can be run and managed in Kartra - online courses and memberships, landing pages, email marketing campaigns. The page builder is easy to use, and allows you to create amazing sales, landing, and webpages so easilt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kartra?

I find the user interface a little slow and clunky. There are also difference between how you do something in the page builder vs in the email builder which is a annoying. I do find the tool in general slow to move through the screens - those darn cog wheels! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kartra solving and how is that benefiting you?

Love being able to build sophisticated email sequences and funnels. Creating and selling online courses in the same platform is amazing, and Kartra doesn't take an extra % cut on sales! Overall has simplified the number of apps I use in my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kartra?

I like that it has the latest technology which enables us to keep up with our competitor's apps and honestly out-do them because of it. They have years of experience-far from a small start-up company we have used before. They aren't afraid to try new things and it has really benefited our company by letting us be the first in the market with such technology. I love it! It has truly increased our profitability as a company and got our name out there to consumers. It has a quick launch button that helps you launch a new product fast and PROFITABLY! What do you like best about Kartra?

This software is hands down in one word powerful. The functionality is amazing. You can literally eliminate use of other programs by going with Kartra. The merchant options are great if you have a sales component that you need to incorporate. We are eliminating LeadPages and will eventually remove other software as we see what Kartra can replace.
