I like being to clone previous broadcasts to send out to subscribers for recurring events. I also like being able to create different types of forms (applications, surveys, sign-ups, etc.) in the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think Kartra can be a bit bulky and there is definitely a learning curve. However, once you learn how to use and set up the features it can be a great business tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had many seasoned professionals working with me that had trouble with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. It's supposed to be an all in one but my affiliates had trouble using it, hence my products and event were not promoted as they would have been which meant low attendance, low sales and some affiliates just gave up. My assistant spent hours trying to help them imput their info and retreive the seipe files. I ended up having to email each and every affiliate to copy and images and promotion schedule because the interface made no sense.

2. It does not allow you to register people for a free event.

You are forced to create a Product for people to register. Even if you set the dollar amount to zero, registrants are still required to provide payment information. that was a real dealbreaker. Again result: low attendance and LOTS of complaints and suspicion as to why they needed to enter payment info for a free online event.

The web pages and email creation is rather clunky and not user-friendly. It also doesn't integrate with MailChimp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like they guide me to use their platform. It has everything in one, email, funnels, memberships, and so much more. I really like on the side of the platform it tells you the percentage of how far you are to completing your task that you want to do. Not much but how the email is set up. It doesn't flow as well as other platforms. When editing emails it's a little bit more cumbersome because it has a pop-up that you put your info in if your copy and pasting, which I can't stand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's very easy to navigate and allows you to store all customer information for the company. Support is quick to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's a lot. Tasks that should be easily done, like removing a url is a total run around. Even when removing a customer from your database, it still stores within the internal system so the customer isn't actually deleted preventing you from using any of the old information. We've also had issues where email blasts have only gone to half our selected group and instead of it then sending to the rest, we have to manually find who didn't receive it - which could be tens of thousands of people. Kartra is a wonderful platform for anybody who wants to build a digital business. Many tools are integrated together: email marketing platform, marketing automation platform (lets you build and automate sales funnels), marketing page builders (landing pages, squeeze pages, sales pages, thank you pages, product launch pages, checkout pages, video sales letter pages, etc), membership portal builders, shopping carts, online form builders, split testing and link tracking software,

calendar and appointment scheduling software, helpdesk ticketing systems, video hosting (with advanced marketing features), affiliate management system, and campaign analytics platform.

Not only are the tools integrated together but the cost is lower than purchasing them all separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although the user interface is fairly intuitive, it takes time to get used to the workflow and making sure we continuously save our work (manually) so we don't lose anything.
