STAY FAR **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Executive Office | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2019 **What do you like best about Kartra?** Kartra is a great tool for very very small and simple operations but their features stop at a basics '' drag and drop'' sales page building that any industry software provides. Their customer/subscriber features are the worst. There is no way for you to handle customers as you would do in a CRM. The sales metrics are useless and not accurate, the product and checkouts will work for your first 20 customers and will just be so limited for any sort of growth. **What do you dislike about Kartra?** THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS THE WORST. You have to wait up to 6 days for an answer from their unqualified team. All they do is send you links to their FAQ or Blog and don't look at your issues. IMPORTANT: If you ever decide to leave kartra or cancel your account, ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL BE CANCELLED AND DELETED AND YOU WONT BE ABLE TO EXPORT THEIR PAYMENTS INFO TO A NEW PLATFORM> KARTRA TRY TO KEEP YOU HOSTAGE OF THEIR PLATFORM. **Recommendations to others considering Kartra:** Stay Away. Stick to industry leaders like click funnel or others, or simply look into a POWERFUL and REAL subscription billing system because once you get started with Kartra, problems will come as you grow. **What problems is Kartra solving and how is that benefiting you?** ONLY ADDED ISSUES TO OUR GROWING BUSINESS ### 2. The page builder is easy to use, and allows you to create amazing sales, landing, and webpages so easilt. **What do you dislike about Kartra?** I find the user interface a little slow and clunky. There are also difference between how you do something in the page builder vs in the email builder which is a annoying. I do find the tool in general slow to move through the screens - those darn cog wheels! **Recommendations to others considering Kartra:** I can see huge potential in what Karta has to offer. It has some great features already, and they are always rolling out new features and functionality. **What problems is Kartra solving and how is that benefiting you?** Love being able to build sophisticated email sequences and funnels. Creating and selling online courses in the same platform is amazing, and Kartra doesn't take an extra % cut on sales! Karta allows you to easily launch and build a legendary campaign that not only looks great but is useful and functionable. **What do you dislike about Kartra?** There is a price. I wish there was a free version you could try without paying. There is also different levels of pricing, depending on what you need. **What problems is Kartra solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like that it has the latest technology which enables us to keep up with our competitor's apps and honestly out-do them because of it. They have years of experience-far from a small start-up company we have used before. They aren't afraid to try new things and it has really benefited our company by letting us be the first in the market with such technology. I love it! It has truly increased our profitability as a company and got our name out there to consumers. It has a quick launch button that helps you launch a new product fast and PROFITABLY! You can create your list builder (email list) in a click of a button which our marketing department LOVES! ### 4. The functionality is amazing. You can literally eliminate use of other programs by going with Kartra. The merchant options are great if you have a sales component that you need to incorporate. We are eliminating LeadPages and will eventually remove other software as we see what Kartra can replace. **What do you dislike about Kartra?** Some of the functionality is challenging to navigate. We certainly would use a sheet sheet of comparisons with other software so that we can get a jump on knowing what to eliminate going forward. **What problems is Kartra solving and how is that benefiting you?** Internally we are using tomalley different software products to essentially perform the same functions. The goal is to let team evaluate how Kartra holds up for long term which would allow us to streamline our software purchases. ### 5. I now save 5-10 of hours a month in technical snafu's and I am actually getting the right work done. Marketing and building programs. **What do you dislike about Kartra?** A few little quirks because it's still in Beta but frankly it works better than any NON-BETA products Ive used including Infusionsoft, Ontraport, ActiveCampaign and numerous other responder systems **Recommendations to others considering Kartra:** When it arrives on Jan 15th ish do not wait. Get it and your productivity will sky rocket.
