Karobari is offline billing software for retail shops, enabling bill creation, inventory management, and customer credit tracking on Android devices without internet. Transactions save locally and sync when connectivity returns. It supports barcode scanning via the phone's camera, generates custom barcodes, and prints bills to Bluetooth thermal printers in 58mm and 80mm formats. Preloaded trade catalogs cover sectors like grocery, pharmacy, and apparel, with units like kilograms, liters, and pieces. The quick-add function allows item entry during billing. Payments include cash, UPI, credit, and split modes, with private credit records and WhatsApp reminders featuring UPI links. Data is stored locally, with optional cloud sync and ledger exports to CSV or Excel. Staff permissions restrict access to sensitive data, and the interface supports 12 Indian languages. Multiple shops can operate on one device with isolated ledgers and inventory.
