What do you like best about karmaCRM?

Very easy to use. Not bloated with features 99% of people will never use. All my info is stored in the cloud and accessible from any device 24/7. Also, support from the company is great. I haven't had that many issues, but any time I've had a question I've always received a prompt and courteous reply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about karmaCRM?

Recommendations to others considering karmaCRM:

When evaluating CRM software, try and find a company that offers a *free trial*. Not a free trial with limited functionality. You want to take a test drive on a fully functioning version. This is one of the main reasons I ultimately chose KarmaCRM. I tried out many different CRM's and I found most to be WAY too complicated, with a steep learning curve ... and I'm very tech-savvy. But I'm busy (probably like you) and I don't have hours and hours to try and figure out how something works. A well-designed product should be "intuitive" and relatively easy to use.
