It's easy to use and takes the "guess work" out of the equation. Recently, I made a suggestion regarding the dashboard and Kardin implemented the suggestion. I really appreciate that they took the time to hear my concerns and corrected them. **What do you dislike about Kardin Budget?** It would be nice if Kardin could calculate the CAPs. **What problems is Kardin Budget solving and how is that benefiting you?** none at the moment ### 2. Unintuitive System/Poor Customer Service **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2020 **What do you like best about Kardin Budget?** The CAM reconciliation function but with all the other headaches it is not worth using the system. **What do you dislike about Kardin Budget?** -Unclear directions. -An error which reads "Undefined function NZ in expression" that keeps popping up which Kardin acknowledges as a glitch. They tell you to shut the system down and wait for it to clear each time it happens. -Unresponsive customer service. Try calling their customer service number for technical support before you buy this product and you will not reach anyone. You will have to wait for the only customer service women to email you back when she is free. **Recommendations to others considering Kardin Budget:** Call their customer service line as if you were a current customer before you buy the product so you will have an understanding of the lack of service that you are in for. Do not use this software if working on a deadline. If there are any issue you may miss your deadlines due to system glitches and poor customer response. **What problems is Kardin Budget solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Kardin for CAM RECs, Annual Budgets and Quarterly Reforecasts. ### 3. The reports are also easy to run. Once you get used to the navigation the program is very efficient and easy to use. **What do you dislike about Kardin Budget?** The rent roll can be confusing at times along with setting up the CAM recovery pools. **Recommendations to others considering Kardin Budget:** It is a useful way to create a budget, run a reforecast, and send various reports to ownership or to use to track your property financials on your own. If you are creating a budget year over year it is easy to transfer in so you do not have to recreate the entire budget file every year. **What problems is Kardin Budget solving and how is that benefiting you?** Accurate budgeting. Paying attention during this process provides accurate results.
