**What do you like best about Kaptio?**

I like that its intuitive. You don't need a massive user manual. The CRM is customized to what we need, so the icons, apps, etc are all tailored to our needs. We don't see a convoluted page with lots of items you will never click. What I need is right there!

**What do you dislike about Kaptio?**

It tends to lag, slow response system. Works on a delay. It says streamlined for ease, but when I  change inventory-etc there is not a live time reporting. So I tend to make changes on a delay. I wish it was more real-time reporting.

**What problems is Kaptio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Doing a lot of work manually. We can put everything on the platform. Share it across the system. 
We get rates and submit bookings through API feeds with live supplier connectivity-where we used to do a huge excel system.
