I am not a big fan of the UI/UX. It feels too clunky and outdated. I dislike the fact that the name of the columns are not expandable.

When creating a timeline, it's not user friendly. For example, adding the predecessors takes too long. If there is a future similar to SmartSheet where we can drag and drop the predecessors that would make things a lot easier and quicker.

I think it would be very helpful if Kantata included a CRM feature that lets you create a project in its earliest stages, when it's still just a lead or opportunity. This would allow teams to track potential future revenue, forecast resource needs based on probability, and improve overall planning and forecasting even more.

There are a few minor features that could be refined. For example, when annual leave is added to an individual's schedule, it automatically adjusts all existing allocations rather than splitting them around the time off.
