Kantalop is an AI-powered consultant management platform for consultancies, agencies and staffing firms. It brings competency profiles, resumes, candidate matching and capacity planning together in one place, so you can find, present and plan the right people quickly. Start by uploading your existing CVs in bulk. Kantalop turns them into structured, searchable competency profiles and keeps the original documents linked. Internal consultants and external freelancers live side by side, so you can search everyone by skill, role or group. When a new assignment comes in, paste the role description and Kantalop returns a shortlist of matching candidates, with a clear explanation of why each one fits. AI then helps you tailor each resume to the role, suggesting wording you can compare against the original before you accept it. Resumes export in your company's own fonts, colors and logo, or can be shared as a single resume or a multi-profile proposal through a secure link. Kantalop also helps you run the business. Utilization and capacity-planning forecasts show who is available and when, and freelancer management keeps your external network up to date alongside your own team. With MCP integrations for Claude and ChatGPT, consultants and managers can work with profiles and CVs directly from the AI assistants they already use. Privacy guardrails track how long freelancer and candidate data is kept, notify the people in your network and handle removal requests, so keeping your network tidy doesn't become a manual chore. The result: sales, delivery and resource managers share one up-to-date view of everyone you can offer, and spend less time chasing CVs.
