I appreciate that Kangaroo Rewards is a Canadian-based company, which was a significant factor in choosing them over others. The ease of setup and integration with our existing website and online shop was remarkable. I find the system simple to understand and easy to learn, making it very useful for our company. I find setting up the email templates for customer referrals difficult, as I struggled to navigate and understand the process. If there was a way to integrate the Kangaroo Rewards system into our POS it would be great.
