Kandiflow is a Swedish staff system for restaurants, cafés, bars and the wider hospitality industry. The platform brings scheduling, time clock, digital staff register, time reporting and payroll together in one flow. Schedules are built with drag-and-drop and AI suggestions, with labour cost visible in real time. Staff clock in with their personal ID number on a tablet at the staff entrance, and the staff register is kept automatically, ready to print when the Swedish Tax Agency visits. Clock-ins become time reports that are approved and flow straight into payroll. In the Kandiflow Portal employee app, staff see their schedule, open shifts, shift swaps, payslips and employment contracts. The AI feature Registerfråga produces certificates and documentation, and moving your staff register and history over from your current system is easy. 100+ happy customers.
