Kandidate is an AI-native recruitment platform and agency built for healthcare hiring. It pairs a searchable Talent Graph of licensed US clinicians (nurse practitioners, physical therapists, physician assistants, registered nurses, and more) with autonomous sourcing, structured AI voice screening, and human-reviewed shortlists, so hiring teams and staffing agencies spend their time interviewing rather than searching. A hiring manager or recruiter posts a role, and Kandi (Kandidate's AI assistant) searches the ATS, the clinician registry, the provider database, and the open job boards at once, ranks every candidate against the role's actual requirements with a written scorecard, and runs email and voice outreach under the team's sign-off. Every action a customer would not expect goes through an approval card before it happens, so recruiters keep control of tone and pace while Kandidate does the repetitive sourcing and first-round screening work. Kandidate also runs a market probe: choose a clinical role and a city, and see the real local candidate pool, pay context, and employer concentration before committing recruiting spend to a search. This is the same data Kandidate's own recruiters use to scope a search, made self-serve. The platform serves two audiences on one Talent Graph: internal healthcare hiring teams who want their own AI-assisted ATS, and staffing and recruiting agencies who use Kandidate to scale a desk without scaling headcount. A client portal lets hiring managers track shortlist progress and approve or reject candidates with written reasons, no login needed. Kandidate is operated by Verity Labs and is US-focused, covering the full clinician registry across physicians, nurses, therapists, and allied health roles, screened against exclusion lists during sourcing. Pricing is a pay-on-hire success fee, so teams pay when Kandidate delivers a hire rather than for seats or search time.
