I find Kanban useful due to the fact that it provides project managers a timeline or calendar of statuses and changes being made in the production phase. I dislike the lack of flexibility when it comes to other workers having to rely on Kanban. It's more useful for project managers than an entire team involved in a project. I use Kanban in the most basic setting for my Wordpress website where I interact with a lot of different clients through chat and email. It's good to help me remember when to post blogs, make updates to the website, and reach out to potential clients and leads that have messaged me. It also helps me keep track of how much time I am spending on things. The user interface is pretty straight forward and with the basic level, you have various choices for how you want to assign tasks and keep track of time based on different intervals. It would also be nice to be able to toggle through different boards and use components interchangeably. When you first download the plugin you are prompted to make a selection for what type of board you would like, once you click on that board type you are not able to go back and choose a different option. It might be one of the most simple features, but color coding helps us solve the problem of identifying which team's activities correspond to each other.
