The ability to prioritize your work and sort your task by relevant areas is a great support in dealing with a complex workload. The tool checks a lot of the boxes of what I look for in a work management tool. I have explored some of the extensions that can be added to the tool and they all help make a better overview. I use color-coding and customized columns to get a better overview. I have been able to keep a clear overview and stay on top of my tasks with the benefits of this tool. I'm using the lowest zoom but since I have a lot of boards, cards, swim lanes, it can get crowded. However, it was the only product I've found so far that allowed me to do this. Without a doubt, the greatest benefit we have obtained with this work tool is the development of better organizational mechanisms within the work team as well as an optimization in the distribution of activities or assignments of tasks, in addition to greater control and monitoring of these assignments in function of the fulfillment of the goals set.
