When I add new employees to a board, they can immediately figure out how to work the basics. Being able to send tasks to the board directly from my email has been a lifesaver for me because it can be so hard to find the email you need. I use the filters daily, checking to see what's overdue, due that day, or due that week. It helps me plan my schedule. **What do you dislike about Kanban Tool?** I'm not a fan of the time tracker. I'd like to see an option to track time daily, instead of by task. I never remember to start/stop the timer when it's running by task. **What problems is Kanban Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had issues with organization and delegation. Coworkers used any combination of text, email, chats, meetings, and verbal discussions, and it became impossible to track the status of a project or the latest instructions to complete it. In Kanban Tool, each task has it's own running "chat" that also includes automatic updates, such as when a task category is changed or reassigned to someone. It leaves a nice audit trail on each project. ### 2.
