Kanali is a CRM built around WhatsApp for companies in Colombia. Several agents answer the same WhatsApp number from a shared inbox, and every conversation keeps its customer record, history, quotes and tasks in one thread. Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger and a website chat widget land in the same inbox. It runs on the official WhatsApp Business API. Kanali is a Meta-verified Tech Provider: the WhatsApp Business account stays in the customer's name and Meta bills messages directly at its published rates, with no resale margin. Onboarding takes minutes. Included: sales pipeline, PDF quotes sent into the chat, tasks and projects, visual chatbot builder with API lookups, bulk campaigns with rate control and opt-outs, reports by agent, channel and hour, satisfaction surveys, internal team chat, and one isolated database per customer. Pricing is per concurrent agent, not per user: a 60-person company where 12 people answer pays for 12. From COP 117,000 per month, billed in pesos.
