Most disputes between landlords and tenants come down to one question: what did the property look like when the tenant moved in, and what changed by the time they left? Without a clear record it is one person's word against the other's. Kamerinspectie replaces loose photos, Word templates and spreadsheets with one structured report that both parties sign. How it works: - Add the property, the tenant and the rooms. The room layout is saved for the next inspection. - Walk through the property room by room on your phone, tablet or laptop. Record condition and cleanliness, take photos, and log damages, meter readings and keys. - Landlord and tenant(s) sign directly on the screen. No printing or scanning. - Download the PDF in Dutch or English and send the tenant a copy with one click. - At move-out, link the move-in report and compare each room with how it was at the start. What a report covers: - Condition and cleanliness per room, with photos and notes - Existing and new damages, with estimated costs, who carries them and who takes action - Meter readings for electricity (normal and off-peak), gas, water and heat, with meter numbers and photos - Keys handed over, by type and quantity - Agreements between landlord and tenant - Attachments such as floor plans and exterior photos - Custom fields: add your own questions, in general or per room type - Digital signatures of the landlord and up to two tenants Built for every rental situation: - Private landlords with one or a few properties - Room and student housing, with a complete file per room for every tenant change - Apartments, including storage units and shared spaces - Property managers and agents who want a uniform way of working across their portfolio - Rentals to international tenants, with reports in Dutch and English Comparing move-in and move-out: When you create a move-out report, you link the earlier move-in report for the same property. While filling in each tab you can open the previous inspection and see exactly how every room, meter and key was recorded at the start. This gives an objective basis for settling the deposit and supports any deductions with photos from both moments. Everything in one archive: All reports, properties and tenants are stored in one online archive.
