When we need help, their customer and technical support teams are always super responsive. As a company we faced almost all of the same issues that other healthcare organizations face when dealing with data. We were constantly worried about how to share it and use it effectively. We were losing a lot of potential customers at the onboarding funnel steps. With Kameleoon and Mixpanel we were able to simplify our analytics and quickly start building tests and personalization campaigns. Kameleoon and Mixpanel have an amazing integration: you can send cohort data from Mixpanel to Kameleoon for personalized targeting. This is great because we had cohorts already defined in Mixpanel and the integration allowed us to pull them all in and then personalize experiences for our online customers. The integration also allows us to send experiment data to Mixpanel so we can analyze it with a variety of other metrics. In the end, once the A/B testing was complete and the data analyzed, our experiment became more effective.
