kallmy is an AI receptionist built for small independent hotels, B&Bs and agriturismi in Italy, where the phone is usually answered by the owner or a family member while they are also at the front desk, serving breakfast or asleep. Setup takes about 5 minutes: kallmy reads the property's website and proposes answers to the most common guest questions, which the owner reviews and confirms. Then the owner forwards the property's phone line to their kallmy number with a simple keypad code, either always or only when busy or unanswered. The assistant answers with a natural voice, always introduces itself as a virtual assistant as required by the EU AI Act, gives information on opening hours, services and indicative rates, and collects name, phone number, dates and special requests. Urgent calls are transferred to the owner's mobile following the rules and time windows they set. Every call reaches the owner instantly on WhatsApp and in the dashboard, with a summary, the collected data and, when call recording is enabled, the full transcript and recording. kallmy does not confirm bookings and is not connected to PMS systems: it captures the request, and confirmation always stays with the owner.
