Kallix is a voice AI platform for India's phone-first businesses. Teams use it to build, test and run AI agents that make and answer phone calls in Hindi, English and Hinglish. Describe the agent in plain words and Kallix drafts the script. Attach your website or documents as knowledge, pick a voice and languages, and test the agent on simulated calls before it goes live. Agents handle inbound and outbound calls for lead qualification, appointment booking, payment reminders, order confirmation and support. After each call the agent can send a WhatsApp follow-up (confirmation, payment link or document), update your CRM and trigger the next step in a flow. Kallix connects to Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Calendly, Razorpay, Zapier, Make, webhooks and a REST API. Every call is recorded, transcribed and scored, with outcomes, script adherence and review flags in one dashboard. Built for India's calling rules: agents say they're AI at the start of the call, honour DND, call only within your calling window, and call data is stored and processed in India. Pricing is ₹4.80 a minute, covering voice, speech recognition, the language model and Indian call minutes, with no seat fees and 2 concurrent calls included.
