One of the standout features of the platform has definitely been the CPD functionality. It’s made it much easier for us to stay on top of requirements across multiple professional bodies. It is relatively easy to get your head around and start using. The manage users is a great addition and a lot of the new builds are really helpful so there is clearly a good responsive tech team!

There are certain builds that's are needed such as pathways, which I believe is on the horizon. Currently you have to be quite creative with the ways in which you set courses up.

I love the customer support from Kallidus Learn. The support team is very knowledgeable, especially Matt Chambers and Jordan, who have been top-notch. I don't like the three tile view in the UX, even after the update, it feels like a waste of negative space. A lot of things still need to be manually done. From the back end, it's the long-winded way to send emails to groups/individuals and how you can't personalize the formatting of it. Although there are automated ways of adding people to courses (or courses to people) when doing so it can be a bit time consuming, having to scroll to the bottom to get to the edit option then when adding items clicking the alphabet options and ticking selections. The platform is simple to navigate, which makes learning feel smooth and stress-free. The eLearning modules are high quality and regularly refreshed with new content. I also really appreciate how the Kallidus team is always looking for ways to improve the platform—they’re constantly using the latest technology to make the experience even better.

Implementation was incredibly smooth and straightforward. Whenever we came across an issue, the team was quick to help and resolve it efficiently. I've been using various iterations of Kallidus over the past 10 years, including Learn from when it was first launched.

It's an easy to use LMS, that allows you to upload, assign and report on mandatory regulatory eLearning. There are plenty of supporting documents and guides to provide help, as well as a team of people to provide support for any more complicated questions or issues you may encounter. The way the LMS is implemented and used is scalable from small organisations to ones in their thousands.
