The interface is very user-friendly - it's easy to navigate and clear to follow. The ready-made content is good quality and has been well-received by users. From an admin perspective, set up is relatively straightforward and the customer service team have been great - no task has been too small and they are always quick to respond. I highly recommend Kallidus! Not only do we have a great account manager, the online Zendesk provides quick and efficient answers which allows us to continue working without delay. The customer service we receive is excellent. The software itself is really easy to use and customer-friendly. The development team continue to roll out beneficial updates to enhance the user experience. The fact we can easily feedback and add suggestions to the future of Learn is great!
We're going into our third year of using Kallidus and from company feedback, I can confidently say that it's brought so much value and improved the learning and development of colleagues. The automation, and other key features, have minimised the Training team's admin time so we can focus our efforts more strategically.

Some email templates can't be edited to make more sense to our business or use our business tone of voice (accreditation etc)
The kudos comms can't be changed.
The way courses are laid out can appear bulky and overwhelming if they have lots of lessons in - there is no way of segmenting these down or ordering them for users.
You can't assign catalogues of learning to people.
It doesn't integrate with google in the same way it integrates with Microsoft so this causes challenges for us with events.

Kallidus Learn has transformed our Learning Approach at WJEC. Its offers us a great user friendly platform to deliver a blended learning approach - with online courses and the options to advertise and book face to face courses. We have purchased learning content from Kallidus and are very happy with the variety of content available. In addition, we have the opportunity to upload our own or other bespoke content. The LMS functionality is fab - and thats what stood out to us throughout the tender process. We can manage all out learning in one place, record and evaluate. The Get Started with Learn and Become a Pro courses are brilliant, they are so clear and well structured and so it really is easy to follow and gets you up and running with the system. I have also found the Kallidus knowledgebase really useful for ad hoc queries and step by step processes I have wanted to refer back to. The majority of our courses at the moment are in-person. The system doesn't allow for automatic enrolment onto an event, however going forward we're bringing in more e-learning which can be automatically assigned to new starters and we have found that Kallidus are very open to suggestions regarding new features. The Kallidus learning system is user friendly, our staff have had hitch free access and could navigate the system well, as simple terms were used through out, as an administrator, I have been able to get around easily with reporting and other aspects of the system

The ease of uploading training courses either user generated or videos/ documents is excellent. You are able to very easily allocate training to specific groups of learners and the reporting section of the system is also very easy to use and a powerful tool. The implemetnation process was very straightforward and the support provided by Kallidus was excellent. All of our deadlines were met and we went live exactly when planned. The least helpful aspect of learn is probably the approval for courses process if a course hasn't been made mandatory. It would be preferable if apporval wasn't required and learners could book on directly the same as when a course is mandatory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
