**What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?**

I found that I got to grips with the navigation quickly including searching for topics that I was interested in. The notifications tab is really helpful as it is a quick prompt to do things like leave a review which I know my colleagues in the L&D team find useful when building and evaluating the impact of courses. It has been helpful to link to a registration page within our Firmwide comms.

**What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?**

It would be good to have audio options with every course, as standard.  It would also be useful to choose a vertical navigation system (rather than a horizontal one) on demand to make it easier to navigate.

**What problems is Kallidus Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been able to run all registrations for our wellbeing and inclusion focused events through Kallidus which has helped me to process RSVPs and dietary requirements. There is a better record of attendance and delegates can review the events they have attended. Running these events through Kallidus has also given them a Learning & Development status which is helping with uptake as people see them as more formal opportunities to grow and improve.

**What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?**

Kallidus are a very responsive organisation - if I need help then the support team are always helpful to respond quickly, and are knowledgeable enough to provide technical answers a level ahead of what I can find using the self help resources.

When Kallidus was launched in the firm we had no issues with people getting used to it. It was intuitive enough that on launch day we received minimal requests from people asking for support.

Kallidus is now a regular part of our peoples' learning habits and content is easily shared by embedding links into our intranet and training guides, fully integrating it into our workflows.

It has been a real success story here.

**What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?**

It is only a slight thing but I see Kallidus starting to implement more AI tools into their roadmap and their support functions. Right now these are implemented in a hybrid way so AI is an option, but not the only option. So many other providers have swapped out support functions for AI chatbots and I urge Kallidus to not go down this route, your service is what makes you different so you should treasure it.

**What problems is Kallidus Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our people are time poor so needed details well in advance of upcoming training and options to fit around their busy working lives. Kallidus has allowed us to map out training events for the year but (more than a calendar) we have also been able to clearly communicate to each person a the firm what training is key to their career development and what options they have to build that around their schedules. The benefit here as been improved training attendance and lawyer satisfaction with their training experience.

**What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?**

I highly recommend Kallidus! Not only do we have a great account manager, the online Zendesk provides quick and efficient answers which allows us to continue working without delay. The customer service we receive is excellent. The software itself is really easy to use and customer-friendly. The development team continue to roll out beneficial updates to enhance the user experience. The fact we can easily feedback and add suggestions to the future of Learn is great!
We've extended our contract for another 3 years as the platform has brought so much value and improved the learning and development of colleagues. The automation, and other key features, have minimised the Training team's admin time so we can focus our efforts more strategically. We're always excited to learn more about Kallidus products and trail new releases.
Implementation feels so long ago now, but even the integration of new functions are very easy to adapt to, and the Zendesk support guides are really helpful. 
I use Learn pretty much every day, and I am building confidence in using the PowerBI reports.

There's so much more to Learn for us to explore and to keep up with, as we're probably using just above the basics, but this means we can forever evolve!

**What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?**

Kallidus Learn has an intuitive, clean interface that makes it easy for colleagues at all levels to navigate and access their training. I particularly like the clear learner dashboards, which provide visibility of completed and outstanding courses, mimicking something most of my colleagues use everyday which is social media. Ease of use has been a real win for us and something that was a priority when sourcing a new LMS.

**What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?**

This list is very small of the things I dislike about Kallidus. 
I believe there are some areas of reporting that could be improved, such as mixed data sets, as sometimes it can feel restrictive to not be able to report on certain things on the same dashboard, but the team have been actively reaching out to me to help me find a better way to get this information to my people!

Kallidus Learn helps us centralise all training in one place, making it easy to assign, track, and evidence learning for both compliance and development purposes. It ensures we can meet regulatory requirements, such as evidencing completion of mandatory training, while also supporting colleagues with accessible learning pathways and CPD tracking. This saves time for both learners and managers, improves completion rates, and gives us reliable data for audits and performance reviews.

Setting up courses and assigning learning pathways is straightforward, and the platform offers good visibility of learner progress through the dashboards and reporting tools. The customer team has been incredibly helpful and responsive from day one.

Some areas can feel slightly limited or require workarounds, particularly when customising reports or designing more complex learning pathways. We've been unable to customise the 'outstanding training reminder' that goes out to staff, and the standard message has caused a lot of staff to confuse it for spam.

**What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?**

I've canvassed my colleagues regularly on this and overall the Key strengths most often highlighted are as follows:

The interface is clean, modern, and easy for end users to navigate. This reduces onboarding friction and helps maintain engagement, especially in organizations like ours with diverse digital literacy levels.

From my perspective in QHSE, Kallidus Learn excels at mandatory training management. Automated reminders, clear dashboards, and robust reporting make it straightforward for L&D and HR teams to demonstrate compliance to 3rd party auditors.

The platform is well-optimized for mobile, enabling learners to complete training on demand. This is especially beneficial for distributed or frontline workforces and we had a decent take up with our younger staff.

**What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?**

The standard reporting suite is solid for compliance, but some teams and departments find it difficult to build highly customized or ad-hoc reports without exporting data for external analysis.

**What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?**

Kallidus Learn is extremely user-friendly. I can easily upload our in-house content and direct our learners to the platform’s course library. I appreciate that we have the flexibility to add video lessons, eLearning modules, and instructor-led sessions. There’s no need for me to create separate training records, as everything is conveniently stored within Kallidus. Our managers are able to monitor learner progress, provide recognition, and assign courses directly through the system. I also really value the Power BI feature. The helpdesk team is fantastic—they are always approachable and resolve any issues promptly. Our account manager is consistently polite, friendly, and efficient. The integration team have been amazing as we have a new HR system. I especially appreciate the fact that they have introduced steps to enable us to manage our programmes effectively.

There is nothing at this present moment, the support is great.

**What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?**

We have used the system now for 1 year and its been a good and smooth experience so far, we have not had any issue with accessibility, the interface was change but we have gotten used to it now as it is now gives a consolidated/summary view, As an administrator, I have been able to get around easily with reporting and sharing them with stakeholders monthly automatically  and other aspects of the system, I have also been able to make the system bespoke to us in terms of arranging the lessons into courses to create a structured pathway, I would like to also mention that it  put into consideration  neurodiversity to include all types learners.
Customer support has been good as well and I learn a lot from the monthly MS Teams peer to peer idea swap and other sessions hosted by Matt

Sometimes I have to do some processes manually, for instance deleting past accreditation records for staff who do not need it but was assigned during the launch.

Kallidus Learn is a slick and user-friendly learning management solution that is easy to administrate and also has a robust support structure behind it. The 'Off the shelf' modules are high quality and engaging and the subject reflect recent and relevant areas. The modules are designed well to encourage learning and retention of knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?**

There are some system features which do not work particularly well for our organisational set-up, for example being only able to have one line manager and job assignment per individual. In our organisation, many of our employees have dynamic reporting structures and also work multiple roles and as such require learning that can be difficult to ultimate without assigning multiple job roles.

**What problems is Kallidus Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kallidus Learn has allowed us to successfully balance mandatory compliance-based learning and to easily report on it, whilst offering a wide variety of options for eclectic learning. The solution has enabled both our non-office-based employees are both able to benefit from the system whether engaging in desk-based on mobile based learning. By using Learn & Perform in conjunction we have been able to link learning with performance and development in a really meaningful way.

**What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?**

Uploading training courses, whether they are user-generated or consist of videos and documents, is extremely straightforward. Assigning training to particular groups of learners is also very simple, and the reporting section of the system is both user-friendly and highly effective. The implementation process was uncomplicated, and the support from Kallidus has been outstanding. They consistently respond to my queries promptly and have resolved any issues I have encountered.

**What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?**

The least helpful aspect of learn is probably the approval for courses process if a course hasn't been made mandatory. It would be preferable if approval wasn't required and learners could book on directly the same as when a course is mandatory.

**What problems is Kallidus Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since implementing Learn, we have found it much easier to stay up to date with all required mandatory learning. Our compliance statistics have improved significantly, and we have received very positive feedback from staff.

The Get Started with Learn and Become a Pro courses are brilliant, they are so clear and well structured and so it really is easy to follow and gets you up and running with the system. I have also found the Kallidus knowledgebase really useful for ad hoc queries and step by step processes I have wanted to refer back to. The customer support has been great, with weekly meetings prior to our launch.

**What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?**

The majority of our courses at the moment are in-person. The system doesn't allow for automatic enrolment onto an event, however going forward we're bringing in more e-learning which can be automatically assigned to new starters and we have found that Kallidus are very open to suggestions regarding new features.

Enhancing our new starter on-boarding journey, so everything is in one place and easy to follow.

The system is user-friendly from both the user and admin perspectives. Its rules, groups, and various settings provide flexibility, making it straightforward and convenient to use. BI Reports make it easy to extract data from the system. Support team is always helpful and makes helpful suggestions, thank you Jess and Rex.

Delay in BI reports, the data is refreshed overnight.

This tool offers a clear overview of our organization's learning records, making it straightforward to generate reports for audits. It supplies the compliance data we need to share with the board. The automatic reminders and manager views are helpful for keeping compliance on track. Additionally, the  performance management module integration means that compliance information is included in performance forms, providing managers with a comprehensive overall review.

What I value most about Kallidus Learn is its intuitive and user-friendly design. Navigating courses and managing learning activities is simple for both administrators and learners, which makes the overall experience smooth. Additionally, I am especially impressed by the reporting features. They are clear, thorough, and offer valuable insights that help support effective decision-making.

**What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?**

I can't really say that there's anything I dislike about the system. However, I do think the process of deleting employees could be faster.

We have used Kalidus for the Driving Safely courses, which has helped us maintain compliance for both our business and our employees. Providing this training gives us peace of mind and reduces our risk, especially since developing such training internally would be a challenge for us.

**What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?**

I like Kallidus Learn's excellent compliance reporting functions, which help maintain compliance through automation. I appreciate the ability to set continuous accreditation for compliance courses. I enjoy that Line Managers and Heads of Department can see their direct reports' progress through the dashboard view. The initial setup was quite straightforward, and the onboarding team was great.

**What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?**

The accreditation is at the lesson level rather than the course level, which makes it very clunky. There's no recurring automation for courses outside of the accreditation setting. The admin area is inefficient due to many legacy features still included, which are unused for new customers but critical to old existing customers. There are sometimes 2 or 3 locations to set the same action, like course expiry, leading to unnecessary double handling. Adding virtual/classroom sessions is a very long drawn-out affair.

Kallidus Learn offers strong compliance reporting and automation, maintaining compliance efficiently. I appreciate being able to set continuous accreditation for compliance courses and that managers can track progress through dashboards.

We’ve been using the LMS platform for 12 months and it’s been a great addition to our learning toolkit. The system offers strong reporting capabilities and integrates well with content created in Articulate, which has been a big plus. It’s user-friendly and has landed well with our team — overall, a solid platform that supports both learners and administrators effectively.

**What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?**

We have recently reviewed the Perform platform and the inability for multi reviewer feedback has impacted our decision to go with this module.

**What problems is Kallidus Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kallidus Learn is helping us address several key learning and development needs across the organisation.

It ensures our compliance training is delivered consistently and tracked effectively, which is critical for meeting regulatory requirements. The robust reporting features give us clear visibility of completion rates and help us easily identify any gaps.

We plan to use the platform for continuous professional development (CPD) .

Additionally, it allows us to monitor engagement with soft skills training, giving managers better insight into team development beyond mandatory learning. We have also used the training session review fields.,

Because of how easy the system is to access and navigate it means using it regularly doesn't feel like a chore.

We previously found it difficult to encourage employees to complete courses, especially on time. The selection of courses is great for covering a wide range of learning areas and the email reminders help to keep people accountable for completing courses on time. We are having to chase much less for courses to be completed because of the automated reminders. It's also been great for being able to add MS Teams sessions in to Learn and to allow people to book on with us being able to track the number of attendees and limit this to a suitable number to avoid over booking. It also prevents people from booking on to courses and then not attending, again helping with accountability.

**What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?**

Kallidus Learn is intuitive to use, especially as a User or Manager. You are able to see our training history, all courses completed, share courses, rate courses etc. For Managers you can see your whole teams history and review dashboards to see a complete picture across the board. The system is easy to use and navigate, especially since the October rebrand for the homepage. From a back-end admin perspective it is a little bit more complicated, but the Kallidus Academy helps you learn and apply your training, with bitesize video tutorials and wikipedia-esque  narrative. Their support team get back to you very quickly with tickets / issues raised and our customer support Manager has been very helpful in conducting monthly updates and account reports.

**What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?**

The back end admin does take time to learn and apply, as there are a lot of steps to learn and understand. Whilst the Kallidus Academy does help with this, and you can, over time, master many of these functions - such as creating courses, lessons, events, importing new eLearning, swapping out content on existing courses etc. It has taken me longer to understand reporting and how to build reports from scratch, as well as hot to create groups and apply rules to those groups - but again, slowly over time you master these skills and things take a shorter amount of time each time you repeat them.

**What problems is Kallidus Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Organisation required an LMS for a number of reasons, and Kallidus has helped us with these - namely to allow all colleagues to access their training records, access learning on the go, access more than just compliance eLearning, and for Managers to be able to see their whole teams and monitor completions as well as be able to prompt for completions, share and recommend courses. Feedback has been very positive and colleagues have found it intuitive to use and enjoyed the eLearning content. As the L&D Manager, I am now able to run compliance and learner progress reports, create courses, lessons, events and manually maintained users (such as contractors).

It's helpful that I can assign training to large groups of people, and I appreciate the manager view to see who in my team has completed which trainings. The ability to assign courses to different groups makes it versatile, and I find the integration with HR systems like Hibob useful for automatically assigning courses based on job roles.

I think there could be more accessible reporting for people who are not administrators. It needs to be accessed by people who are not admins; without this, admins are always stuck as system administrators when it may need to be shared with other levels of staff. Also, the learning curve was big to start with.

This LMS is an amazing platform that is regularly updated with new and exciting features. I find its capability to host multiple types of learning especially appealing, as it gives learners the flexibility to choose the method that suits them best. I also appreciate how it allows for the hosting of specific policies and procedures that align with training objectives.

Another aspect I really enjoy is the self-help community. Kallidus has developed a space where each organisation can share their own tips and tricks for making the most of the system, which I find very helpful.

The only aspect I dislike is that there used to be an excellent calendar feature offering a dashboard view of when staff members were physically attending training. Unfortunately, this dashboard was removed in a recent update.

**What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?**

I appreciate how Kallidus Learn allows us to have automation via a data feed for managing users and setting automated learning deadlines and reminders for compliance. It's easy for users to find what they need to do. I find the platform intuitive and easy to use, and it works well with various content types. It makes it really clear to users when they need to complete mandatory learning and where it is, and it offers flexible groups and rules to tailor learning assignments to specific groups.

**What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?**

It'd be great to be able to create complex eTests within the platform itself as it doesn't currently allow this and a 3rd party has to be used. It'd be good to have the option to override group rules for individuals where applicable, and also to have the option to assign to people in a group just at that point in time and not future members added to the group. There were a few issues that cropped up during the migration process, which was quite complex, but overall the migration was a success and Kallidus were helpful. It was just complex because the layout from Classic to Learn was very different so A LOT needed restructuring with the content, some content types needed setting up differently where we'd used html before and where some had flash used in them, self registration was working slightly differently and had a few teething problems and the main problem once migrating was the large number of our groups and catalogues was causing performance issues, so after migration a task to reduce these had to happen.

I like the learner interface of Kallidus Learn. It's fairly intuitive and learner-friendly, especially with the latest iteration. It's more appealing compared to the admin interface, which I find a bit confusing.

I find the admin side of Kallidus Learn to be cumbersome and confusing. Creating an event like a live webinar takes far longer than I think it should, with way too many mouse clicks and stages, making it easy to get lost. Also, marking attendance for events like webinars is extremely cumbersome, and not as intuitive or quick as it should be. The lack of Zoom integration is a huge detriment, as I can't easily pull up attendance stats from Zoom and mark them in Kallidus.

The notifications don't always work, or there isn't an option for there to be a notification sent to the user. I would like to have email notifications when evaluation forms are ready (these don't always come through as an email) after a course or when a lesson is unlocked.

The integration with Bamboo is taking some time to set up which is a little frustrating. The other thing that could be improved is the reminder emails, you should be able to group these into one email to save a manager receiving 30 emails because they have 6 direct reports.

It is relatively easy to get your head around and start using. The manage users is a great addition and a lot of the new builds are really helpful so there is clearly a good responsive tech team!
There are certain builds that's are needed such as pathways, which I believe is on the horizon. Currently you have to be quite creative with the ways in which you set courses up.
There is enough functionality to be able to create most flows however.

While Kallidus's UX isn't the best, I appreciate that their support is patient and explains various options, and they guide us on where we can give feedback for improvements.

I don't like the three tile view in the UX, even after the update, it feels like a waste of negative space. A lot of things still need to be manually done. The buttons like Submit and Edit in the Admin interface are not placed standardly. The UX overall is not the best.

I've been using various iterations of Kallidus over the past 10 years, including Learn from when it was first launched. 
It's an easy to use LMS, that allows you to upload, assign and report on mandatory regulatory eLearning. There are plenty of supporting documents and guides to provide help, as well as a team of people to provide support for any more complicated questions or issues you may encounter. As Kallidus Learn is a cloud based solution, sometimes the UI or features are changed based on other clients feedback, when you may have preferred the previous format or way of doing things, and is it isn't a bespoke solution you just have to accept it.

Uploading an MP4 file or setting up a new event or course may feel time-consuming at first, but like any new skill, it becomes quicker and more intuitive with practice. **What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?**

I use Kallidus Learn for all our mandatory compliance training and other topics, and I really appreciate that it's easy to navigate. I like the look and feel of the pages, which makes the user experience pleasant. The various dashboards also work well, and we've even been able to reward our top learners who voluntarily complete the most lessons.

**What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?**

I haven't yet been able to make the booking part work for us, so that people can book onto live events. It seems super complicated for a short session to set it up to book a live session that might only happen once and only be for an hour.

**What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?**

My job role requires me to send reports to senior managers, with Kallidus I can achieve that in very simple steps. This option has saved me a lot of time, having to go into each learner individually to get the information I need, I have all that with couple clicks of a button. I also like how the system is easy to navigate, you can always trace your way back to where you started and find what you need fairly quickly. The team at Kallidus are very helpful and friendly, they are always ready to help with no matter how small the query is. 
During the implementation I have enjoyed the ease of how smooth it was to get started and upload courses we need, get employees logged in and start learning. I use Kallidus on weekly basis as a user my self or as an administrator, currently uploading historical learning onto the system, which is a very quick way of adding leaning to each individual. We use sage HR as our HR system and FileZila to upload the information onto Learn, this is fairly easy process and do not require a lot of steps to get completed.

**What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?**

The only thing I could think of is that when I tried to check some knowledge on one of the courses that I have done, it has turned the course from complete into in progress, now my manager will see that this course is in progress and not completed.

**What problems is Kallidus Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the issues we came across was that the accreditations where not showing on users 'Accreditations' list, We have contacted Kallidus and had an answer back within 24 hours explaining what could have happened. Now the issue is resolved and we can upload and see the accreditations.

**What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?**

Learn is easy to navigate, with good functionality. We found the system to be easy to set up and had a great customer support throughout the process. Most of the areas are within 2-3 clicks and it is kind of circular when navigating that I found useful once got my head around. BI reports are great as well.

**What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?**

It can take a while to understand what needs to be ticked or updated from Admin perspective to make sure learners and courses/accreditations are set up correctly. 
One bit that I find lacking is that the line managers cannot download the certificates (for accreditations or other training done) for their team members  that we need to use for audits. So we either need to give them additional admin rights or do it ourselves as admin.

**What problems is Kallidus Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to have training records and accreditations under one roof, which is our main requirement. It also enabled us to offer a modern L&D solution to our employees with easy access and variety of courses.

**What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?**

Although we're still in the implementation stage, our experience so far has been very positive. The communication throughout has been excellent, with weekly calls providing great opportunity to ask questions and stay on track. The use on the Monday board has been helpful, clearly laid out with timelines. We're particularly excited about Kallidus' s  potential. It  looks like it will offer a great user experience, with intuitive navigation, straightforward reporting capabilities. We're looking forward to having all our L&D in one central, easy to manage place.

**What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?**

At this stage, the main area we see for improvement is around content availability. It would be fantastic if the platform included a library of prebuilt courses and structure learning pathways that align with common business needs. Ready to use or easy to customise. Having built in assessments eg - DSE and templated materials would add real value, especially for companies wanting to get started quickly. Whilst Kallidus does come with a Articulate license, which gives flexibility to create our own content, having some of this already in the system would be even more efficient and impactful.

**What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?**

Kallidus Learn is easy to use, looks clean without a large amount of text to get through, the admin of the system is clear and intuitive and my users find it a great product to use.  The service is fantastic; the monthly reviews help to prevent issues arising and the response to queries is quick and efficient.   When we implemented our platform we had so much support, from people that completely understand how the system works, and with so much patience.  I would not hesitate to recommend.

**What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?**

There are no downsides to Kallidus Learn; sometimes the technical aspects go wrong, but that is the same for every product - with Kallidus, they resolve it promptly.

**What problems is Kallidus Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had an extremely low uptake of our mandatory training.  In the first 6 months of implementing Kallidus, our uptake was at 80%, 1 month later 94%.  We had to work for weeks on creating reports to send to governing bodies; with Kallidus they are created, accurately at the click of a few buttons.  We use our platform as a collaborative tool which means that everyone in the university can add training, which then gives the opportunity to track progress easily.

As a frequent daily users of Learn what I like best about Kallidus Learn is its user-friendly interface and intuitive navigation, which makes it easy for both learners and administrators to engage with the platform. The ability to assign, track, and report on training progress is seamless, and the automation features help save time on manual tasks. I also appreciate the flexibility it offers in creating custom learning paths and the strong reporting capabilities that support compliance and performance tracking.
The customer support team have been amzing and have always been effieicient in answering queries.

**What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?**

The only issue I’ve noticed is that updating attendance for events can occasionally be delayed. Aside from that, I’ve had a few challenges with accreditations, but those have mostly been due to the specific requirements we have as a business so the ease of implemtation was quite a challenge

Kallidus Learn is helping us streamline and centralise our learning and development processes, which has significantly improved how we deliver, track, and manage training across the organisation. One of the key problems it solves is the manual tracking of employee training and compliance, which used to be time-consuming and prone to errors. With Kallidus Learn, we now have real-time visibility of learner progress, automated reminders, and clear reporting, which has made compliance management far more efficient.

It also supports onboarding and continuous development by allowing us to assign tailored learning paths and ensure consistency in training delivery across different teams and locations. Overall, the platform has helped us save time, reduce admin burden, and improve the learner experience, making our L&D function more scalable and impactful.

**What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?**

We have had lots of feedback from our employees to say they find it intuitive and engaging, and we are definitely seeing an increase in people engaging with eLearning and micro-learning across the organisation.  It's such an intuitive platform from the user perspective that we haven't really needed to train people to use it.  There are great dashboards for managers.  The reporting suite also has a lot of useful reports ready made.  The customer care throughout the implementation process was great, very supportive and we launched quite a complex offer of learning (bilingual) in a very short space of time.

**What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?**

The structure in the admin side is a little bit fiddly, and some tasks have a lot of clicks to complete. However, it is quite intuitive and relatively easy to use.

**What problems is Kallidus Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is reducing the number of mistakes made by the admin team in adding learning, and it is increasing engagement with learning informal learning across the organisation.  We are beginning to see better compliance with mandatory learning.
