The responsive layout helps me keep track of all my patients, meetings, and information. The implementation during virtual times of COVID has been helpful. **What do you dislike about Kalix?** The tutorials are not the most helpful, so it does take time getting used to the multiple features and programs. The program is also slow to load information regarding patient demographics. **What problems is Kalix solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me easily login and view my information without actually being in the physical practice. I can access the ease of my schedule and patient charts from at office and at home. I also appreciate the effectivess and efficiency of information when communicating with patients and providers. ### 2.
