I am using it for one of my projects and it works very well for me so far. Also, it is very easy to use, even if you are a beginner. **What do you dislike about KalioCommerce?** One thing I didn't like about it is that it take longer time for changes in project. They should look into it. Also, pricing is quite high as compared to other tools in the industry. **What problems is KalioCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am very satisfied with the KalioCommerce software. I work for small business and also I recommend it to other small businesses. I like this tool because I can handle multiple projects at a time. ### 2. The user experience is straightforward and easy to use across departments. **What do you dislike about KalioCommerce?** Basic interface makes exports easy, but does not allow for enough customizing to choose the fields you'd like to export data for. If you want functionality that is very current, you won't find it out of the box. A lot of development is required to do anything custom. This is fine at times, but you can quickly end up with a mess over time as you override their code with custom code. **Recommendations to others considering KalioCommerce:** Good for high volume of products and orders, but make sure you have the IT bandwidth internally to troubleshoot and build out the custom functionality you might need for your unique business. **What problems is KalioCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not really solving any actual problems, just a basic back end for our website. Only benefit is the basic console and ease of use between marketing, IT and merchandising but not special compared to other providers out there. ### 3.
