What do you like best about Kaleidoscope?

This scholarship platform has revolutionized our scholarship process by taking us from a cumbersome paper system to an online process. The customer service has been top notch. Kaleidoscope has been able to customize the application process to our specific needs and accommodate the various scholarships we administer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kaleidoscope?

The continuity of the Customer Service staff. We have had a different customer service representative for the past three years, which means we have to explain our scholarships each year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kaleidoscope?

One, their customer service is top-notch. Secondly, they can customize our experience for each end user, an excellent feature for the U of Alaska system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kaleidoscope?

The downside may be that scholarship administrators may have two licenses - one for the Salesforce side and the other for the Kaleidoscope side. I can be confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
