Having a virtual review board and scorecard was a game-cha for our organization! It helps us so much to be able to quickly look through applications, place them in our reviewer's "buckets" and then let them score within a set time frame. We no longer have to have multiple meetings or print things out. We can send one email and get it done! We also love the new roll-out of having more control over applications and review score card creation at an organization level. I rarely have to reach out to my reps anymore because they did a great job of setting me up to handle most of my own editing! Love that for everyone involved. And the few times I have needed help, the reps I work with have been quick to respond. We always have a nice conversation when we hop on a zoom or phone call and I always feel I can bounce things off of them or ask for help without judgement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only problem I have is that there seems to be some glitches when switching between pages/views of information. For example, when I use a filter to get a list of applications and then click on an application it opens the application. When I go back it takes me back to the beginning with no filters and I have to open the program, filter it again, and click on another application. I absolutely love the user friendly platform. It is easy to navigate and update. Further, it is very user friendly for applicants, which is incredibly high on my needs list.

The software has made our life at PGSF much easier and simpler to finish. The ability of students to fill out their scholarship application on-line allowed us to easily give out scholarships during the pandemic. Prior to using the software we used a manual process that required many people to attend a meeting in person to evaluate the students. Previously, our team used a manual system that required a large team and long time to complete the scholarship and bursary process that was not feasible. We feel very grateful to have found Kaleidoscope - a great platform that made the scholarship submission, management, review, evaluation, and reporting processes much simpler and more convenient for the users.
