I still have a lot to explore in Kajabi and it really is an all in one platform. **What do you dislike about Kajabi?** Perhaps what I dislike is based on personal experience as I usually do the email marketing for our company. We originally used ActiveCampaign for emails however migrated to Kajabi because we already had our course built in there and the plan also included email marketing so it was the most logical and money saving decision to make however what I don't like about kajabi's interface is that it isn't as easy to customize the look o f your emails. Unlike AC wherein you can type similar to a regular writing software like google docs, in Kajabi, there's only a small box on the left side wherein you would type or copy blocks of text which you can imagine can be a hassle. It also doesn't have the smart features of AC wherein you can easily segment contacts and set up automations to segment contacts for you. Although kajabi is still a pretty great platform for emails, it just requires a few more extra steps for you to send out to the contacts you want. Overall, I can say taht Kajabi is still a great deal and for its price you can already do a LOT. **What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find that kajabi is easier to use and maintain unlike wordpress wherein it's more intimidating to use and may require more coding. In kajabi just about anyone in your team can go in and edit or add materials for a sales page, landing page or even your member's area. Another problem we've solved with kajabi is in terms of price, we really saved a lot more by switching to kajabi. ### 5. Works great if you can live without a highly specialized solution. **What do you dislike about Kajabi?** Servers are not blazing fast (your site won't do as good in GTMetrix), if you need anything outside their templates you won't be able to do it, unless you hire a developer. Since Kajabi is not as popular as say, Wordpress, it will be expensive. If you were to use Wordpress, whatever you need your website to do, there's a plugin for that. I also like being able to use the platform for different things. For example I use it for a client marketing portal and then for lead generation. I would definitely recommend having another site in addition to the Kajabi pages, but it's a great supplement. I put out courses pretty frequently (maybe once every 3 months or so) and use VAs for most of the admin work, and it’s so much easier to give them access and train them on one tool than it is to do it on 5 different ones. **What do you dislike about Kajabi?** The email builder could definitely do with some improvement. Now I can offer online courses directly on my site, give fitness quizzes, and provide my clients with a full fitness assessment directly through the system. **What do you dislike about Kajabi?** The one thing Kajabi is missing is a way to add gamification to the program. I’m not much of a techie, but I was able to build a great site that my clients are impressed with and enjoy using. The interactive system also makes it easy to bring in new subscription members and interact with current ones. **What do you dislike about Kajabi?** Currently, Kajabi only integrates with PayPal and Stripe for payments. But if you work with international customers, you really need more options than that. It has wonderful pre-made pipelines that help you easily configure stuff. There are many different ways to configure products and offers, which is nice. If you're thinking you might use it to set up everything for your business, it has a lot of amazing built in features like blogs, websites, landing pages, about us, etc. **What do you dislike about Kajabi?** Sometimes the lack of customization drives me bonkers. Whenever a member gets access to an "offer" in the system, it sends a member welcome e-mail, but you can't add images or rich content to that member e-mail, nor can you customize the welcome e-mail based on the person you're granting access to. I've also had to train some decently tech-savvy folks on how to use Kajabi because it doesn't really make sense at first. I also wish there was an easy way to create Kajabi log-in button to embed in Squarespace, Wordpress, or Wix sites. **What problems is Kajabi solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have created multiple online LMS courses for people to use. They watch videos (videos I create outside Kajabi) and then download a worksheet to follow along.
