KAISEON is a browser-based task and improvement management tool for teams. Organize work by project, assign a lead and collaborators, and keep due dates, status updates, and comments alongside each action. Teams can switch between list, Kanban, Gantt, and progress views, and filter shared work by project, assignee, or due date. Beyond task completion, KAISEON helps teams record improvement outcomes, compare starting points and targets, and review measured impact. Monthly reports bring completed actions and updates together, with CSV export and print-to-PDF options. Company workspaces support administrator, editor, and viewer roles. All members can view their company's actions; projects organize the shared workspace rather than restrict access within the company. The interface and help guides are available in English and Japanese.
