KairoFlow is booking and studio software made for tattoo artists. Every studio gets its own booking website and client app with its own name and logo, and Kairo, an AI assistant that answers enquiries on that site day and night. Kairo talks the tattoo through the way an artist would: the idea, placement, size and style. It turns the conversation into a short plan the artist can read in seconds, offers real times from the artist's own diary, and takes the deposit through the studio's own Stripe account. Nothing is booked until the artist approves it. Kairo never invents a detail the client did not give, and it hands over to the artist whenever a question needs a person. Around the booking, KairoFlow runs the day: a diary with two-way Google Calendar sync, clients and their designs in one place, design approval with the client, a consent and health form, a session workspace, invoices and a priority waitlist. Artists can set a minimum notice, days off and buffers, and switch on "walk-ins today" from one button so the website and Kairo offer the day's real gaps. Deposits go straight to the artist's Stripe account; KairoFlow takes no cut of them. The client pays a £1 service charge on top, never the artist. The Pro plan adds Try it on (clients see the design on their own skin), reports, automations such as deposit chasing, and a custom domain. Kairo in Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp DMs is coming soon. KairoFlow is built in the UK. Every studio starts with 14 days free, no card needed.
