It allows me to build the platform to display what a user needs where they need it allowing such filters as the user, location, and furthermore filter the display on any display factors desired. The support is incredible. They are easy to schedule support sessions with and they are done using remote sessions where either of us can share screens and resolve any questions or concerns we may have. They work with us to see if there are other opportunities to get more out of the tool and not to make more money. It isn't about upselling. It is about making the most of what we have. There are lots of customizations I can do as an admin, but there are a few I need to go to our customer support agent for. Wish I had a little more access. What problems is KaiNexus solving and how is that benefiting you? Organization of projects and tasks in general. Users have the ability to submit ideas that can be converted to work, evaluated and ranked, assigned, tracked, and completed to document changes. We are using it to manage our Tactical Book of Work and align it to our strategic imperatives and goals. This allows us to see the big picture or the intricate details. What do you dislike about KaiNexus? some parts of the system can be a little clunky to use such as milestone approvals but the constant improvements and updates to the system are sure to address this in time. Kainexus is the central activity hub in our business for capturing and monitoring assigned tasks and actions.
