Previously, we had to create separate projects to accommodate extra PSCs, but Kahua allows us to manage multiple PSCs within a single project effectively. This feature eliminates the cumbersome workaround we had to use before. Kahua also reduces our workload by streamlining processes, such as avoiding double entry in both project management and financial management systems. Its ability to accommodate different project types and workflows is incredibly beneficial for our operations, particularly because we manage more than four common project types seamlessly. Kahua's flexibility in accommodating our various project workflows is impressive. A specific feature that stands out is the e-sign functionality, which streamlines the signature process for change orders and eliminates the time-consuming task of back-and-forth emailing for signatures. This has notably enhanced our efficiency. The introduction of AI capabilities that facilitate quick, easy app creation and customization is also something I highly value. These powerful tools make my work more flexible and dynamic, allowing for a much more streamlined and customized project management experience. **What do you dislike about Kahua?** I would make Kahua more intuitive. I find the workflows could be improved, especially where there are review and approval workflows. There’s a task in between because many customers don’t realize that once the review is done, they need to go back in and send it for approval. **What problems is Kahua solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kahua solves the issue of multiple PSCs on projects, preventing duplicate projects. It streamlines project management by reducing double entry in management and financial systems, saving time with e-sign for change orders, enhancing workflow flexibility, and supporting various project types. ### 2. End user documentation is missing or incomplete. Technical documentation is slightly better, but we have no user guide to use, and only bits and pieces of functionality is documented appropriately. **What problems is Kahua solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest solution Kahua is supporting is on is the consolidation of disparate systems into a unified platform. ### 6. Specially with large projects **What problems is Kahua solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have just gone through a quick-start implementation. Users continue to be highly enthusiastic about the capabilities and ease of use. The easy navigation and the ability to build in so much configuration. I also like that others (owners, AE's, GC's) can share data within the network functionality. ### 8. Ease of use should be promoted, and software needs to enhance end-user training. **What problems is Kahua solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using the Kahua platform to manage the construction of our new campus. It has Captial planning module, which eases the process of managing teams, and the project manager can track the completion of different states using the reporting tool. ### 10. After getting used to it, you will have a way to do anything you want. Customization is also possible. **What do you dislike about Kahua?** Too complex to use and needs some time to understand all the modules that it proviedes. **What problems is Kahua solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are extending our Sales vertical to new location and using Kahua Platform to manage the process from legal to internal teams as well.
