I have only used this in the classroom and education setting, but I can see how it could be helpful in any industry. They connect to the game with a code, and sometimes students screens load faster than others, allowing them to answer quicker. Points are given based on quickness to answer, so this can be unfair to those that have faster or newer devices. **Recommendations to others considering Kahoot!:** You will need to create "wrong" answers for your questions in addition to giving the correct one, so make sure you leave enough time for you to create the game. And it did not work properly on the conference. People have been connecting through their phones and many of them were not able to connect, sometimes only answers from few people have been counted. And do not blame internet: wifi was fine and event with 3G internet it was hanging.
