Great online platform that doesn’t require installment or additional add ones on a computer and it’s easy access to be used in a phone , Laptop or tablet. Sometimes creating a quiz can feel a little painstaking.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2018

**What do you like best about Kahoot!?**

It is very easy to create your own quizzes or you can use quizzes that have already been created by other users. The students are engaged and answer the questions and gives both teacher and student instant feedback that they can use to fuel discussion.

**What do you dislike about Kahoot!?**

Everyone has to complete the question at the same time, and if someone gets disconnected and you don't know right away, you may be waiting a long time as you don't know if a student is just taking a while to think about the question or if they aren't connected or if they are participating.

**Recommendations to others considering Kahoot!:**

It is easy and the free version fits our needs. I have not seen what the paid version can do however.

**What do you dislike about Kahoot!?**

The higher the number of participants gets, the slower the system goes.

**What problems is Kahoot! solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been using this application for deciding on things for projects and collecting data from my employees.

  ### 13. Happy with my experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessi E. | Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Kahoot!?**

I like how user friendly it is, both for the person making the quiz and the people taking it. You can customize it to fit your needs, but doing so is not difficult.

**What do you dislike about Kahoot!?**

While there isn't anything I necessarily dislike about the software, I might recommend adding more options to make quizzes look more professional. It is fun to use with younger students, but it can come off as a little bit unpolished when working with an older group.

Love it!

**What problems is Kahoot! solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 Make surveying fun!

  ### 21. Engaging and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Kahoot!?**

Kids love these activities. Makes for an engaging leaning experience.

**What do you dislike about Kahoot!?**

The default music is a bit much. Allowing students to select their own usernames helps them feel safe to make mistakes, but also results in a lot of poop emojis in the nicknames.

**What problems is Kahoot! solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy and fun way of engaging students in lessons

  ### 22. Kahoot! A great Classroom or Training Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer B. | Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2017

**What do you like best about Kahoot!?**

I love the real-time interactivity of this learning tool which presents information in an engaging way.

**What do you dislike about Kahoot!?**

I wish it was available via computer as well as mobile platform.

**Recommendations to others considering Kahoot!:**

Kahoot! is a quiz-style study and review app. Multiple choice style questions can be put out in real time and all participants can select their answers while a timer counts down. The quiz creator can see a summary of percentages participants submitted for each of the answer options. I have only used this in the classroom and education setting, but I can see how it could be helpful in any industry. The administrator of the “quizzes” can set the questions and answer options so they could set this up as a training tool for employees/prospective employees, or as a way to get percentages of opinions from employees at a glance. While quizzes are usually administered live, they can be posted with a set closing time. Also, there is a bank of premade quizzes available in a wide variety of topics.

**What problems is Kahoot! solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kahoot! shows quiz creators (hosts) instant feedback on employee knowledge or opinions.

  ### 23. Awesome way to make learning fun!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea B. | Technology Instuctor/Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2018

**What do you like best about Kahoot!?**

So easy to use! Can either search for your subject and almost always find a game to use. Also Easy to copy and modify it make your own

**What do you dislike about Kahoot!?**

Only thing can suggest is to make it easier to add other music and pictures

**What problems is Kahoot! solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Students often get bored with even "creative" l learning activities. Sometimes they just want to have some competitive fun. Doesn't even feel like "learning"! 😁

  ### 24. Fabulous Way to Practice Skills

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jayme D. | Teacher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2018

**What do you like best about Kahoot!?**

Interactive practice opportunities, engaging, easy way to review skills, fun and can be easily customized with pre-selected activities or self-made tasks, ranks 3 highest scorers, can be played in teams or individually

**What do you dislike about Kahoot!?**

students have to be monitored at their computers since they can switch screens/tabs and do something else during the game, doesn't keep track of individual student 'scores' or points for easy grading

**Recommendations to others considering Kahoot!:**

Fantastic website for practice and informal assessment purposes - be sure to monitor student use

**What problems is Kahoot! solving and how is that benefiting you?**

improves focus and motivation, engaging and fun, wonderful way to practice, multi-sensory

Kahoot! is an excellent icebreaker.

  ### 26. Hey, it's free.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2018

**What do you like best about Kahoot!?**

You can use this in your classroom in place of "clickers" You enter the questions ahead of time, then in class you show them, and the students use their smartphones to choose their answers. It shows stats for right and wrong answers for the questions, and tracks students' scores. The students enjoy it. I make an account to share with the students, and have THEM create the questions.

**What do you dislike about Kahoot!?**

The user interface is a bit clunky. Wish I didn't have to give them the account password so that they can add questions.

**What problems is Kahoot! solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves us from needing to buy "clickers", since the students already have smartphones

  ### 27. Great for groups

  ### 28. Kahoot is engaging for all learning styles

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Kahoot!?**

How excited the students are when we play Kahoot to review a quiz. Students who do answer wrong are okay with the results. It is such a fun learning atmosphere that they feel safe enough to share their answers. My students beg for Kahoot!

**What do you dislike about Kahoot!?**

Nothing. It works perfectly for us. There is nothing I would change

**What problems is Kahoot! solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No buisness problems, just education. It is a great reivew of concepts. It

  ### 29. Kahoot is fun for the kids

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2019

**What do you like best about Kahoot!?**

It gets the kids learning but in a fun manner. Regular classroom time can be boring, so having a fun game that is still educational that i can make is useful.

**What do you dislike about Kahoot!?**

the kids can make their own username, which sometimes uses bad words.

**What problems is Kahoot! solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The kids have fun while learning. Theyre able to work in groups to get to the answer. Also, we use it during incentive friday and do the fun Kahoot sets.

  ### 30. Great Game for Learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hope L. | Course Designer and Educator, E-Learning, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2018

**What do you like best about Kahoot!?**

I absolutely love kahoot for ease of use and platform. Kahoot makes it very easy to create a multiple-choice style game for learning. The game works for students of all ages- children and adults!

**What do you dislike about Kahoot!?**

Kahoot can sometimes lag on the user end, as all users besides the administrator of the game are playing on their own device. They connect to the game with a code, and sometimes students screens load faster than others, allowing them to answer quicker. Points are given based on quickness to answer, so this can be unfair to those that have faster or newer devices.

**Recommendations to others considering Kahoot!:**

You will need to create "wrong" answers for your questions in addition to giving the correct one, so make sure you leave enough time for you to create the game. You will be typing all questions and answers. Your students will be given a code to join the game. When playing the game, you will need a home screen to display the question and answer options. The students will see symbols for each answer option and they select on their device. For devices, smartphones or touchscreens like tablets work best.

**What problems is Kahoot! solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kahoot provides an easy, free platform to make learning fun for all ages. You can create a multiple choice game that involves intriguing graphics, fun sounds, and interactive for all learners.

  ### 31. Amazing

  ### 33. It destroyed my speech during company event !!!!

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Package/Freight Delivery | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2018

**What do you like best about Kahoot!?**

it is intuitive but risky, Do not rely on it if You organize an official event/training as this solution is not maintained properly and You do not want to rely on the live solution which can be disappointing.

**What do you dislike about Kahoot!?**

I bought an access to the kahoot for commercial purposes. And it did not work properly on the conference. People have been connecting through their phones and many of them were not able to connect, sometimes only answers from few people have been counted. It was a disaster! You should not offer that for commercial purposes if this does not work with big groups of people, like 500 people. And do not blame internet: wifi was fine and event with 3G internet it was hanging. This is your kahoot website which is not adjusted to big traffic.

**Recommendations to others considering Kahoot!:**

do not use kahoot for official events/trainings. Play with it in unformal situations.

**What problems is Kahoot! solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted to check the knowledge from the training but it did not work and I was criticized.
And it was my entry to the new organization as a digital manager... What a shame...

  ### 34. Kahoot for Classroom Assessment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2018

I really love how there are already so many great materials online. This is a great interactive resource for any discipline. I personally use it a lot in my math classes to review or test my students on their knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Kahoot!?**

I wish there was a feature where students could draw their responses. In math, this would be very helpful during graphing chapters.

**Recommendations to others considering Kahoot!:**

It is so fun for the teacher and students. My students get so excited when I have Kahoot! planned in our daily lessons.

**What problems is Kahoot! solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kahoot! is a great resource for teachers and schools to incorporate technology into the classroom and keep students engaged.

I dislike that sometimes the link to get into Kahoot does not work.

**Recommendations to others considering Kahoot!:**
