Kafemiz is cloud-based management software for cafes and restaurants. It brings the QR menu, order taking, the kitchen display, the cash register, stock and reporting together in a single subscription, so a small team can run the floor without separate tools. Guests scan a QR code at the table to browse the menu on their own phone. Waiters enter orders on an Android app, the kitchen sees them on screen immediately, and the register closes the bill with cash, card, meal card or on-account payment. Owners track daily, weekly and monthly sales, manage ingredients and suppliers, and get low-stock alerts. Each role (owner, cashier, kitchen, waiter) has its own permissions. Menus can be published in seven languages, with AI-assisted translation suggestions the owner reviews before publishing. Kafemiz runs in the browser with no on-site installation and is offered with a 14-day free trial.
