It brings bills, booking requests, session packages, forms and customer records into one platform. Independent professionals and teams can use it in a web browser or through the iOS and Android apps. Businesses can send bills and payment links by text or email, display QR payments and accept contactless cards and wallets with Tap to Pay on a compatible phone after payment setup. Payment methods depend on account configuration and eligibility. Venmo and Zelle payments are verified by the business and recorded in KadePay. Eligible customers can apply for Affirm pay-over-time, subject to the provider's approval and terms. For appointments, clients request an available time and the business reviews and confirms it. Businesses can manage providers, services, appointment locations and time blocks, with automatic reminders following their settings. Session packages track purchases and redemptions; each visit is booked separately. Team and Pro plans support recurring billing for memberships, subscriptions and other agreed recurring payments. Customer profiles keep contact details, payment history, private staff notes and Gallery files together. Businesses can share selected folders with clients and collect digital forms and signatures. Customers sign in to complete forms on their own phones. Saved payment methods require customer authorization, which customers can revoke. Kady, the assistant built into KadePay, helps owners draft supported forms, packages, payment links and booking links. Owners review drafts before saving and sharing them; the public website assistant provides product guidance. Pay-As-You-Go starts at $0 per month, Team at $10 per month and Pro at $35 per month.
