Licenses show as Active but nothing reconnects. Multiple support tickets submitted and ignored. Passed between departments repeatedly with no resolution. As a professional managing client sites, this is completely unacceptable and has destroyed my trust in this platform entirely. **What problems is Kadence WP solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was previously solving the problem of managing and protecting 20+ client WordPress sites from a single dashboard — handling automated backups, security, and updates efficiently. Since the Liquid Web migration on May 12, 2026 it is no longer solving any of these problems. The entire system is broken and has been for nearly a month with no fix in sight. ### 2. Additionally, I have encountered numerous unresolved issues, with the most concerning being the ract.com.min.js problem. Although Kadence portrays it as a WordPress file, it actually triggers continuous calls to your host, potentially triggering your DDoS protection and compromising your website. Despite my efforts, Kadence refused to address this issue and deliberately terminated my license in retaliation for my complaints. It was a blackmail, litterally. I've spent over 5 months working tirelessly to redesign my website. Therefore, I advise caution when reporting missing elements or features, as you may face similar repercussions. **What problems is Kadence WP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kadence actually caused me many problems and frustration. i lost 5 months of my litterally working days and night and at the end they discontinued my licence on purpose because they refused to fix a critical error that could have demaged my website. ### 3. Building my site was difficult. The range of options they provide is not simple. The pricing needs to be more budget friendly. **What do you dislike about Kadence WP?** It is a bit confusing and time consuming to navigate through its features for beginners. It claims to be intuitive it requires effort to achieve the desired design. It falls short in terms of performance and loading time which impact website rankings negatively. **What problems is Kadence WP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its lack of versatility and cutting-edge features have not solved the issue of design options and clunky user interfaces. I am now unable to build visually appealing websites consuming me time and energy.
