"Simplified and Efficient Office Booking"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Kadence?

I appreciate that Kadence allows booking a desk easily through integration with Microsoft Teams. The visual aspect is also interesting, as it allows you to see the office layout clearly and book a desk close to my favorite colleagues. The initial setup of Kadence was very easy thanks to the help of their team, which is very efficient. Their office planning team helped me create a very detailed plan quickly and also allows for easy modifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kadence?

We would like the system to integrate with a visitor management system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kadence?

I'm yet to find a negative to Kadence. Any time there is something we can't do, I contact support and they often put my requests on a development road map - perfect service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Space management solution for a business clinical practice"
4/5
What do you like best about Kadence?

Map to schedule on for visual thinkers as well as the date and hourly blocks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kadence?

You cannot cancel a single hour at a time. We have a very business outpatient mental health clinic. When we receive a cancellation, you cannot go into the block of time you reserved a room for (say 1-6), and release a single hour (4-5) from that block. You need to delete the entire block and the resubmit 2 separate blocks of time in order to have a cancellation show. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kadence?

There is a little window that pops up in the bottom right of my screen that doesn't have a way to close it. This is a reminder to use Kadence Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Modern, Clean UI That’s Easy to Navigate"
4/5
What do you like best about Kadence?

The user interface is modern, clean and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kadence?

The backend is complicated. As an admin getting to find the settings you need for a specific action is tricky. Eg: Finding how to edit the notification message a visitor receives when a desk is booked on his behalf. Also, not being able to paste a link into a word makes the message look unprofessional. "Promising Features with Room for AI Improvements"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Kadence?

I haven't rolled it out yet, but it looks like Kadence has all of the features that we need. The ability to prebook space and quickly unbook it so someone else can reserve it, as well as the ability to search by features of an office like ergonomic or dog-friendly, are aspects we anticipate using the most. Additionally, my experience with the salesperson was great, which I would rate as a nine out of ten. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kadence?

I am a little skeptical of how the AI will work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Graphical Desk Layout Makes Booking and Office Visibility Effortless"

The graphical desk layout feature, seeing who else is in the office and seeing where the space is when needing to book a desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kadence?

It does not have a report writer built in, that would allow users to generate custom reports easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fun, Easy Platform for Desk Management"
4/5
What do you like best about Kadence?

I like Kadence because it's fun, easy to use, and has a straightforward platform design. The Slack chatbot for reserving a space is great, and the initial setup was fairly easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kadence?

The Kadence agent is really hard to find a download link for, and employees can't find out where you can check in if you don't have the Kadence agent. I think it would make sense that you can add people to departments by going into the directory, not just via teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
