"Effortless Desk and Meeting Room Booking with Kadence"
5/5
What do you like best about Kadence?

I love how Kadence solves the everyday headaches of hybrid offices by making desk booking and meeting room scheduling clear, predictable, and conflict-free. It takes away the chaos of not knowing what’s available, who’s in the office, or whether a room is actually free when you need it. I also appreciate how simple and easy it is to use overall. Being able to book meeting rooms from the mobile app while I’m on the way to the office is especially convenient. On top of that, the initial setup was straightforward and easy. What do you dislike about Kadence?

Having to manage two different environments because Kadence is on a separate application. I need to check the Kadence app for reporting info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Straightforward, User-Friendly Desk Booking with Great Seating Visibility"
4/5
What do you like best about Kadence?

Having visibility of where colleagues are sitting is really helpful, as it makes it easier for us to sit together. I find the overall desk-booking process and interface very straightforward and user-friendly. I also like that you can assign desks to specific people. Changing the floor plan was simple too, and the whole process felt really easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kadence?

We started using the Kadence agent a few months ago and, in a bold move, have recently disabled manual check-in. A few users ran into a logout bug, which was frustrating because we wanted the experience to be slick and had sold it to the business as a one-time login solution.

On the reporting side, I feel like the reports come out with too many columns. For example, you’ll see time created, start time, and time checked in all at once. There are a lot of timestamps to take in in one hit, and at first I found it hard to understand which one was the source of truth we actually needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, Flexible Desk Booking with Excellent Support, with Quality Support and Client Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Kadence?

Kadence is reliable, flexible and responsive, and the support team and account management are excellent. We've been using Kadence to manage our desk booking since 2020, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. The implementation was quick and professionally handled, and the continuous improvements to the product have made a major asset in the use of our office space. Our staff use it every day, both via the web interface or the app, and the ease with which it integrates with our Microsoft Office estate means that we can access it anywhere. What do you dislike about Kadence?

I honestly can't think of any downsides to using Kadence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An easy to manage office booking solution, that provides an intuitive experience for end users"
5/5
What do you like best about Kadence?

Kadence is a straightforward application to setup and integrate into your business. From an administrator's point of view, you have plenty of options to setup Kadence in a way that will work well for your needs. Having your office floorplan built into the app to show precisely what desks and rooms are available to book makes it a very easy-to-use and intuitive experience for end users. Team managers can be given the option to book their teams in. The live office view gives an immediate snapshot of who is in the office. Users can see who has already booked in and where colleagues are seated. A check-in system allows users to confirm they have attended site. Kadence works well in a hot desk booking scenario, with options to lock down individual desks/areas to select users. Different amenities can also be specified per desk, so users can search on this if they have a specific requirement when booking. Users can also choose to book "onsite" if they plan to be in the office but not take up a desk resource. Our users access Kadence on a daily basis, and rarely have any issues booking what they need. Kadence are always working to improve the app with new features and options. There is a good level of reporting included that covers most eventualities. The account management and support from Kadence are both excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kadence?

Only minor dislikes, such as being unable to make reoccurring room bookings using Kadence, although this is easy enough to work around (using Outlook in our case). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Kadence has helped our company return to work safely and efficiently"
5/5
What do you like best about Kadence?

Kadence has helped our company safely return to work. We are in the office five days a week and our employees love how easy Kadence is to use and that they can use it from the app on thier phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kadence?

If I had to pick one thing, it would be if you are unfamiliar with the building or space and are reserving a desk there for the first time, it may be hard to locate your desk or office. I think a real photo being used as a preview of the space could be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Kadence: Effortless Space Utilization with Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Kadence?

I love how user-friendly Kadence is. Making a booking only takes a few short clicks, which simplifies the process significantly. I also find the reminders and announcements very helpful for the admin team. The Kadence team was super helpful during the setup process, and they made it very easy for us. We still have monthly catch-ups with them to ensure everything is running smoothly, and their support is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kadence?

In the announcements, you can't exclude specific teams at the moment; we need to do it by each user, so that's a bit lengthy. Kadence has an auto check-in but not an auto check-out, which could be very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Kadence for its great interface, which is simple to use. It saves me money on IT resources because I don't have to train users on how to use the system. Once the setup was complete, it worked great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kadence?

I would love to be able to link the rooms with any updated email addresses without needing to email support, which is a bit inconvenient. Also, the setup took awhile initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Desk Reservations and Valuable Insights"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Kadence?

I find Kadence really easy to use and customize, especially on the Insights component. I like that it's easy to reserve a desk through the app, website, or Slack, and it's great to see where and when colleagues are in the office. I appreciate the ability to communicate and get RSVPs for in-office and remote activities. Kadence also provides insightful data on how our people use the space and time with one another, which helps us better understand when our teams are in the office. I also liked the Events feature and found it easier to communicate with our employees through Kadence. The initial setup was straightforward, and it integrates well with other tools we use like Google Mail, Calendar, and Slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Desk Booking with Seamless Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Kadence?

I appreciate that Kadence makes booking desks a visual and simple experience, even with more employees than desks. I love that it's extremely easy to integrate with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Teams, and the fact that you can book a room using natural language within Teams thanks to the handy bot. It's packed with quality of life features that I find really useful. The fact that the initial setup took us barely half an hour and it's easy to define booking policies further adds to my positive impression. Overall, I find Kadence to be a good value for the money, easy to set up, and packed with features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kadence?

Modifying a room, which is linked to its Exchange Object, requires submitting a ticket to Kadence support. This could be done better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
