Kadence is the only solution I've seen that addresses current tension of being desperate to get face to face time and the strong preference to have the flexibility to work from home. It's so much more than a facilities management system; it makes sure the people who need to be in the same room are there while allowing them flexibility we are all now used to. Both the app and the web page are so intuitive that you don't need to train staff and it can be rolled out in a matter of weeks! Their customer service is second to none and they are constantly improving with user feedback. I love the new staff directory that allows you to find out where your collegues are seated plus there their working pattern in order to link up. Brilliant feature that supports hybrid working.
