**What do you like best about Kaddim?**

Kaddim is a cumbersome platform. It fails to enable me to stay connected with loved ones, across the globe providing an hectic communication experience. The quality of video and voice calls is poor.

**What do you dislike about Kaddim?**

The interface is less user friendly, not allowing for navigation and utilization of all the features. I also don't the end to end encryption, which does not guarantees the security and privacy of my conversations.

**What problems is Kaddim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unfortunately Kaddims user interface feels outdated and not very intuitive. The absence of a search function makes it difficult to locate information. The website tends to experience glitches and slow loading times leading to frustration and hindering productivity.
