SalesGRID helped our struggling sales team find the right content quickly and efficiently within their full-text search, tagging and visual search. This is a massive plus as you no longer have to open documents. You look at the thumbnail and recognise the document you are looking for. The sales team is now more efficient by having all their sales content at their fingertips and don't have to waste time searching for documents. Honestly, there's not much to hate about a tool that keeps everything easily organized. I would mention that the daily digest email of new and updated content items is great, but it is sometimes unclear what the update was. If somebody changes a spelling mistake in the title, it'll appear as an update, where it probably shouldn't. It would be great if they would limit the updates to only actual content changes.
