"An antivirus on my laptop for daily use"

What do you like best about K7 Antivirus?

The product has a good score on my malware-blocking test. It has decent scores from testing labs. The product can impose control on the use of USB, CD/DVD, and diskette drives. It also has USB vaccination. When I opened the folder containing my current collection of malware samples, K7 started picking them off right away. Within a few minutes, it had eliminated two-thirds of the samples. It is also really nice to see such a simple interface, though the Last Updated tile could be swapped out for more relevant information. K7’s Backup option lets you configure your backups to a local drive. The interface is easy enough to use, though it would be nice to see an encryption option for those who want it. What do you dislike about K7 Antivirus?

Unfortunately, this product does not have a reliable installation process. It is below average accuracy. The product has very limited Quick Scan, and it needs improvements on this aspect. K7 antivirus does not have URL filtering. The thing that the company needs really to work on it is their technical support. It is very expensive compared to competitors. Recommendations to others considering K7 Antivirus:

If simplicity with a capable malware engine and a good amount of extras appeals to you, and you really only care about protecting one computer, then K7 Ultimate Security is a product that you really need to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Really this antivirus has innumerable advantages, so that until now I have nothing negative to comment. It simply fulfills what it promises. Thanks to this antivirus I keep my computer protected viruses, spyware and malware, it is excellent because it has real-time scanning of any new file, whether saved, downloaded or modified, it is automatically scanned, any file containing Trojans, worms or any other Virus is automatically blocked and has prevented it from being infected through any email or USB device.
