For teams that didn't have a Jira background and were used to using Excel to manage work, they adopted Jira because of your app. I have all my teams set up with at least one sheets view in their project. Team members, myself included, also love the ability to create a view that highlights all their yearly work to assist during review time. Your app is awesome! I love the table format of JXL that allows for ease in visibility and tracking of tickets. Most people are use to the Excel & Google Sheet format, and thus users can easily transfer to tracking tickets much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about JXL? I think really from my standpoint the only things that are concerning around this are 1) the price point is going to be hard to handle with the more Users I add to Jira, & 2) I wish there was possibly a re-sort capability by just using the drag-drop feature (this might be hard with the different sorting, etc. but you cannot leverage the standard JIRA priority sorting of simply drag/drop up and down if you wanted. JXL eliminates task orientation trouble since I can create, modify and arrange project information in a spreadsheet fashion. There also appears to be some missing link since JXL seems to lack powerful collaboration tools.
