Most people are use to the Excel & Google Sheet format, and thus users can easily transfer to tracking tickets much easier. **What do you dislike about JXL?** I think really from my standpoint the only things that are concerning around this are 1) the price point is going to be hard to handle with the more Users I add to Jira, & 2) I wish there was possibly a re-sort capability by just using the drag-drop feature (this might be hard with the different sorting, etc. but you cannot leverage the standard JIRA priority sorting of simply drag/drop up and down if you wanted. Another concern is calculate fields, but I think that is coming in a future release. **What problems is JXL solving and how is that benefiting you?** Business Operations of tracking our Orders is the biggest benefit right now. ### 2. The use of such sheets saves time in entering data and it provides a quick tool to view a project’s progress at a glance. **What do you dislike about JXL?** There also appears to be some missing link since JXL seems to lack powerful collaboration tools. It lacks some features, such as real-time editing within the spreadsheet and assigning tasks within the spreadsheet. **What problems is JXL solving and how is that benefiting you?** JXL has proven to be a useful application when dealing with individual and small-scale projects. The micro-level layout gives users a feel of a spread sheet which enables easy of arrangement of the tasks, monitoring of progress and even analysis. ### 5.
