I really like using Justworks as a platform. It’s incredibly easy to navigate and has a very user-friendly design. One of the features I find most helpful is how well it handles employee document storage and distribution—being able to send documents out to all employees efficiently is a huge plus. I also appreciate how easy it is to track W2 information and pay stubs, not just for myself but for the team members I manage as well. One recurring issue is with our temporary employees—PTO is automatically added to their accounts on their one year anniversary even though they receive all their PTO as a lump sum at the start of their term. Since they shouldn’t be accruing PTO over time, this creates confusion and extra administrative work. Additionally, I wish the platform was more integrated. Currently, I have to approve timesheets through Justworks Time Tracking and then log in separately to the main Justworks site to approve PTO. Even though both use the same login credentials, having to switch between two different platforms for related tasks feels inefficient. Easy and efficient for staff to get payroll and tax information as well as their deposits. JW makes it very simple to manage from an admin side of things and the interface is very user-friendly. I did have an issue with my tax withholdings this year and I needed to reach out to customer support. That was a bit of a weird situation because the account manager at Justworks could only speak directly with my account manager, not me, about the issue. Through the entire process from the first call with Jake to our most recent call with our Customer Success Manager, the JustWorks team truly held our hand through every step of the way. Better than white glove service, we were always kept up to date on everything we need to do, things that could be helpful for us to do, and how we can make JustWorks work for us. My only feedback is that we have some employees that need custom PTO award dates (outside of their anniversary or the 1st of the year) so builidng out an option to adjust that would be great. I like that it has everything that I need, and that includes a way to access any necessary trainings that I need to complete. It's very easy to use and navigate. I've also had to contact them to re-open my enrollment because I picked the wrong plan, and they quickly fixed the issue for me so that I could start over.
