What do you like best about Justworks?

I started at my new company about 1.5 months ago. As a small nonprofit of less than 50 employees all working remotely, Justworks is an excellent platform for all of our HR needs. My experience has been as an employee/user. Justworks provided a seamless onboarding process - it was easy to upload all necessary documents and information for payroll. The platform is definitely user-friendly and intuitive. I've used other software such as Peoplesoft and Paychex -- Justworks is definitely the best option. It's easy to see your upcoming paydays, download your paystubs, and submit PTO requests. For our company, we have access to the company calendar so we can even see when other employees have requested time off, work anniversaries, and birthdays, which I think contributes to overall great company culture (especially for remote work)! What do you dislike about Justworks?

I haven't encountered any issues (from the user/employee side) when using Justworks. It has been an excellent and easy-to-use platform! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Justworks solving and how is that benefiting you?
