I love the Justuno offers more advanced targeting capabilities and a WYSIWYG editor that can all be self-managed. It offers a lot of flexibility at an affordable price. We control who sees the pop-up, how many times it appears to them, and change the design to match the seasons of the year - Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day. etc. Just Uno responds to requests for help when we cannot figure things out, and explains new features.
