Sometimes there are delays in getting previews with the managed plan and it feels like we could just get it done faster if we did it ourselves, but then we'd have to devote more time to it than we really have, so it's a very minor inconvenience. I was having some issues previously with integrating the emails into my mailchimp account, but this was eventually resolved - but did require some assistance. The best part about using JustUno is the support you get from the JustUno team. And the ability to use their templates to make our popups stand out but remain true to brand. I think the platform works really well and integrates with all of our services and other software. If you are paying $1,000 a month for something it should be out of your mind and something that is implemented strategically and not something you have to hold the hand of all the way through. A lot of freedom to build your creatives and integrate with several systems. It's a little difficult to learn how to use the builder, and can be finnicky with saving progress and setting up forms.
