It has a friendly interface, so you immediately know where to look when you need something specific. Even the integrations are straightforward, since they all include a PPT or PDF that explains how to set them up. **What do you dislike about Justt?** We’ve run into a few issues with the evidence gallery, where some items were displaying incorrectly in the evidence. For example, we had refund proof in which the value was repeating multiple times. In summary, these are the issues we’ve encountered with the evidence sent to issuers. **What problems is Justt solving and how is that benefiting you?** Justt takes the manual work off our hands by automating the entire dispute process, helping us achieve higher performance and ROI across all our chargebacks. In my past experience I've tried building an in-house team but the results were significantly lower when comparing to Justt's solution. Implementation is straight forward and we get great service from our account manager. **What do you dislike about Justt?** The only thing I can think of is that in some cases I feel like we need more proactive insights/ recommendations. **What problems is Justt solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I've shared earlier, Justt takes care of a decent headache for merchants. Nobody wants to handle Chargebacks on their own. It's not an impossible mission but in requires a lot of effort, headcount and development wise. In the question of Build VS Buy, I went for the Buy. Bottom line, I couldn't achieve these win rates on my own. ### 5.
